3. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
All sales are final due to the hygienic and custom nature of our products.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute for items delivered as described is a violation of these Terms of Service.

By placing an order, you waive the right to file any chargeback for non-refundable items listed on our website.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to confirmed billing addresses only.
Domestic orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday.
Shipping times are typically 5-7 business days (U.S.) or 6-10 business days (international).
During sales or high-volume periods, shipping may extend to 7-14 business days.
All shipments require a signature.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
