Q: What type of hair do you sell?
A: We offer 100% raw Indian hair — unprocessed, unbleached, and sourced directly from India.
Q: What's the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
A: Raw hair is completely unprocessed and comes from a single donor. It has not been steamed or chemically altered, offering the most natural look and longest lifespan.
Q: How long does the hair last?
A: With proper care, our raw bundles and closures can last up to 3+ years.
Q: How many bundles do I need?
A: The number of bundles you'll need depends on your desired length, fullness and styling method. Here's a general guide:
- 10", 12", 14" - We recommend 2 bundles (approximately 7 oz total) for a full, natural look.
- 16", 18" - For added fullness or longer lengths, 2 to 3 bundles is recommended.
- 20" or more - 3+ bundles may be best especially if you're going for a fuller install, side part, or longer inches.
Always consult with your stylist for your specific install or wig unit needs.

A: We currently offer Straight, Wavy, and Curly textures —all in raw Indian hair.
Q: What lengths are available?
A: Bundles and closures are available in lengths from 10" to 30".
Q: Do you offer custom wigs or coloring services?
A: At this time, we do not offer custom units or coloring services — but our 613 hair is ready to be colored by your stylist.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days (U.S.) and 6-10 business days (International). During high-volume periods such as pre-sales and sales shipping may take 7-14 business days.
Q: Will I get tracking info?
A: Yes, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: All shipments require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
