Shipping Policy

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. 

Please examine your package before signing for it.

We ship in three types of packaging: 

  • Flat Rate Envelopes (via USPS)
  • Flat Paks
  • Medium/Large Boxes 

When to refuse your package:

  • If a flat envelope or Flat Pak feels deflated or tampered with, please refuse the package.
  • If your box feels empty or hollow, shake it gently to check. If it feels off, refuse the package. 

Shipping Guidelines: 

  • Orders are only shipped to confirmed billing addresses. If your billing info does not match your payment method, your order will be canceled. 
  • We ship Monday-Friday only.
  • Domestic: (U.S.) orders typically take 5-7 business days.
  • International orders take 6-10 business days.
  • Standard shipping fee: $20 Flat Rate (U.S. orders)
  • International shipping rates calculated at checkout
